Publisher Marketplace Terms

1. Agreement and authority

These Publisher Marketplace Terms supplement the Web Traffic Exchange Terms of Service and apply when you list or fulfill publishing services through the marketplace. By accepting, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the publisher account and the websites it lists.

You must provide accurate account, website, pricing, availability, and payout information and keep it current.

2. Listings and website approval

Publishers may offer guest posts, link insertions, press releases, and brand mentions. Each website is subject to ownership verification and administrative review before it can appear to buyers.

Web Traffic Exchange may request corrections, reject or remove a listing, or require reverification when information is inaccurate, a website changes ownership, or a listing creates legal, quality, security, or marketplace risk.

3. Prices and the marketplace platform fee

The price you enter for a service is the service price shown to the buyer, unless a clearly disclosed buyer promotion or adjustment applies.

Web Traffic Exchange deducts a 12.5% marketplace platform fee from gross publisher earnings when a payout is prepared. For example, a completed $100.00 order produces $87.50 in publisher proceeds before payout-provider fees, bank charges, or currency-conversion costs.

Buyer funding fees and publisher payout processing costs are separate from the marketplace platform fee. The party using the applicable payment service is responsible for the processing charges disclosed for that transaction.

4. Orders and fulfillment

When a buyer places an order, the publisher receives notice through the marketplace and, when enabled, by email. The publisher must review the brief, communicate through the order workspace, meet the accepted specifications and turnaround time, and provide the completed placement URL or other required deliverable.

• Do not accept work that violates law, third-party rights, your editorial policy, or applicable advertising and disclosure rules.
• Disclose sponsored content and apply link attributes when required by law, search-engine policy, or the agreed listing terms.
• Do not move a marketplace transaction off-platform to avoid fees or safeguards.
• Promptly tell the buyer when an order cannot be completed as agreed.

5. Earnings, payouts, refunds, and disputes

Publisher earnings become available only after the order has reached the marketplace completion and credit conditions. The minimum payout is currently $100.00 USD for a USD wallet, or the same numeric amount in another supported payout currency. Payouts are also subject to available balance, account review, supported payout methods, and any applicable holding period.

The publisher is responsible for payout-provider fees, bank charges, currency conversion, and taxes. Web Traffic Exchange may withhold, reverse, or offset amounts reasonably connected to refunds, duplicate payments, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or an order dispute.

6. Content, rights, and compliance

You represent that you have the authority to publish accepted material and that your fulfillment will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You remain responsible for your website, editorial decisions, disclosures, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

7. Availability, suspension, and termination

You may pause or update listings through available account controls. Web Traffic Exchange may suspend listings, payouts, or marketplace access while investigating verification, payment, quality, legal, or security concerns, and may terminate access for material or repeated violations.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the marketplace changes. When a revision materially affects publisher fees, payment rights, or obligations, we will present the new version for acceptance before affected marketplace activity continues. The version and acceptance record shown by our systems will control.

If these Publisher Marketplace Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a publisher marketplace issue, these Publisher Marketplace Terms control for that issue. The general Terms of Service continue to apply in all other respects.
